Kristen (Kiki) Wilkinson, is a professional business consultant & leadership coach, helping high-achieving leaders gain confidence and clarity so they can take intentional action to achieve their goals, build resilience, and experience more joy and fulfillment in their lives.

Kiki has over a decade of experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) space. She founded and scaled Airbnb’s internal Trust & Safety (T&S) training teams, programs, systems, and within a high-growth, complex, multi-level, and global environment. She has consulted and coached leaders at dozens of companies from startup stage to globally recognized fortune 500.

Kiki specializes in driving engagement, innovation, growth-mindset, & cross-collaboration, with a bias towards inspired action that mutually serves individuals as well as the collective organization.

Kiki deeply values learning and has a passion for learning about new industries and jumping into new spaces, which has allowed her to quickly get up to speed with the challenges and opportunities in unique verticals and continuously expand her knowledge.

With her unique blend of expertise and experience in Leadership, Learning & Development, Trust & Safety, Project & Program Management, and Scaling Startup businesses, Kiki partners and collaborates with clients across multiple industries and verticals to provide tactical solutions for leaders, and their teams, to reach their full potential while helping them navigate challenges and integrate strategies, tools, and training that cultivate engagement, alignment, collaboration, and resilience.

  • With a degree in Philosophy and additional training & experiences in Psychology, Kiki has always been passionate about creating authentic human connection & supporting others.

    Kiki spent nearly a decade at Airbnb in her early career. As an early employee, Kiki founded & scaled Airbnb’s Trust & Safety Training Team, and launched dozens of successful global programs to support thousands of employees in L&D, Wellness, & Belonging.

    She has a depth of experience and skill working with cross-functional leadership in a complex fast-paced global environment, and has integrated practices to increase resilience and mitigate burnout.

  • As a founding member of the Trust & Safety Team at Airbnb, while massively scaling teams, managing challenging content, and development of Trust & Safety strategy, Kiki has experienced, managed, and supported herself and fellow employees through vicarious stress and burnout by integrating sustainable, resilience-building techniques.

    Kiki puts an emphasis on a human-centric approach to any initiative or project. She cares deeply for the people she works with, and truly gains value through adding value.

    Kiki, herself, has personally experienced and learned from three separate burnout experiences & decided to launch Leadership Coaching as a service in 2022 to support leaders in slowing down to integrate a sustainable mindfulness and growth mindset culture, decreasing change fatigue, stress, and burnout.
